We are old-fashioned craftsmen, not computer people. So email is not the best way to reach us. Please phone or fax us. We will answer the phone whenever we have a free hand.
However, we may be out of the shop at a project location, hands full of iron, up on a scaffold installing a wrought-iron balcony. Or, we may be on hands and knees removing rust from the gate of an old brownstone or welding in sections of a formal garden foot-bridge. So, answering the phone is not always possible. If you leave your name and number, we'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day or the next.
When you leave your number, please do not rush through it. Say it slowly and distinctly. Then repeat it again the same careful way. You'd be amazed at how difficult it is to take numbers off voice mail.
